"Visited Ministry of Daru tonight for an office party with my colleagues. The food was excellent, both the vegetarian and non vegetarian starters were delicious. The main course was equally impressive. They also had a beer tower available. However, the service really let the experience down. We had booked a table in advance, but when we arrived on time, the staff seemed completely unaware of our reservation. They hurriedly arranged a table for us, and throughout the evening, the service remained quite slow and unorganized. Overall, a great place for food and drinks, but the management needs to seriously improve coordination and service quality to match the standard of the food."

"Had a very pathetic experience here. As soon as we entered the indoor sitting, I could smell stink, which we let go as the ambience looked nice. All the menu cards were literally getting torn apart and it was impossible to find something there. We ordered a tower of Magnum Strong beer and Cosmo. We specifically asked to not dilute the Cosmo, which they still did. Coming to beer, as soon as we took the sip, we immediately called the attendant and told him that the beer does not taste good and the Cosmo is diluted. instead of acknowledging the issue, he argued with us telling us that that's how this beer tastes and that's how Cosmo is made. We asked him to pour the beer himself and even after showing literally no fizz on the beer, he again refused to acknowledge and instead told us that we don't know how beer tastes like and we most likely drink Vodka neat because we can't taste it in Cosmo. Both the attendant, manager and everyone else refused to acknowledge the feedback or change the beer tower. they still did replace the Cosmo. we finally asked them to bill whatever we have ordered and during the time of payment, when we asked them to remove the service charge, they refused to do so stating that since we are paying from zomato, service charge is mandatory, even though they were not able to show any rules for the same. it was a totally pathetic display of customer service which totally ruined our night. not recommended at all."

"We had booked MOD for our child’s birthday party on 5th December, for approximately 70–80 guests. After conducting extensive online research to find a suitable venue where drinks could also be served to guests during a children’s birthday celebration—and after reviewing the ratings, pricing, ambience, and food quality—we finalized your prestigious restaurant. While the food quality was good, our overall experience was severely impacted by extremely poor management. None of the commitments made earlier were fulfilled. Despite the food being satisfactory, the service was highly mismanaged. The two staff members assigned to the snack trolley remained standing in one place throughout, expecting guests to help themselves instead of serving them proactively. The staff member who was specifically assigned to be present throughout the event and take care of our requirements did not show up, and the replacement provided was also largely unavailable. At the beginning of the event, someone briefly approached us to say we could reach out in case of any issue, but after that, no one remained present. For senior and elderly guests, not a single staff member came forward to assist with food or beverages. The overall attitude seemed to be to simply place the service trolleys and leave the guests to manage everything on their own. The situation deteriorated further during dinner service. Although a few guests began dining on time, the remaining food was left unattended and consequently became cold. Despite repeated requests, no one monitored or managed the food temperature, resulting in more than half the guests being served cold food. To maintain a pleasant atmosphere, we continued making polite requests for basic support, but it was obvious that the team was not attentive. When my parents and other family members sat down to eat towards the end, the food was so cold that it felt as if it had been taken directly from a refrigerator. Only after multiple requests were a few dishes reheated, while others remained cold. This was extremely disappointing. Overall, the experience was far from what we had expected or what had been assured to us earlier. In my opinion, although your venue is aesthetically pleasing, it is not suitable for hosting events or parties of this scale. It may be appropriate for small groups of 4–6 people dining casually, but clearly, the team is not equipped to manage larger gatherings. The lack of coordination—especially when the entire floor was exclusively booked for us—was unacceptable. Apart from the management concerns, the taste of the food was good (though served cold), the drinks service was handled well, and nothing fell short in terms of quantity. Considering the occasion and its significance for us, your venue will remain in our memories—both for the positive aspects and the disappointing ones."
